WHAT'S OUR PROCESS?

We can't give you all the details because it's a secret but the gist of it is, we use a process called sublimation. Our designs and your images are pressed onto a blank sock at 404 degrees with permanent ink. When you receive your socks, they will be completely flatten from being pressed but you can still wear them comfortably. They get even better after you wash them because they go back to their original pre-flatten shape.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR CUSTOM SOCKS TO BE MADE?

Depending on the complexity of the design and the quantity, custom socks can take up to 48 hours to be produced. Should there be a delay in the production process, we will definitely let you know.

DO YOU OFFER DESIGN SERVICES?

We no longer offer full design services. All designs submitted must be complete. We can ONLY make minor adjustments like color changes, adding a background to your logo or patterning your logo. If you have any questions about your design prior to placing an order, please contact us at images@audacioussockwear.com.

WHAT IS YOUR SOCK RETURN POLICY?

Hopefully, you never have to return your socks but if you do, we totally understand. You can return your items within 15 days of your purchase for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging. There are no returns on custom socks.

HOW DO I RETURN MERCH ORDERS?

You can return your items within 15 days of your purchase for a full refund. 

If you are unsatisfied with your merch order, please send your unworn / unused merch to Audacious Sock Wear: 11201 Ed Brown Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273.

 

DO WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING ON RETURNS?

At this time, we don't offer free shipping on returns nor do we provide shipping labels.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from the time the package arrives at our facility. Please allow 7 to 10 days from the time the return is processed for the refund to be reflected in your account. Please be advised there are no returns on custom socks.

 

AM I ABLE TO PROCESS AN EXCHANGE?

At this time, we are unable to process exchanges for socks but you are able to exchange a merch order. Please email us at contact@audacioussockwear.com for assistance.

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

Sales tax will be charged for the following states: California, Washington, Florida and New York.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

At this time, we do not ship internationally.
