WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

 

Hopefully, you never have to return your socks but if you do, we totally understand. You can return your items within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging. There are no returns on custom socks.

 

DO WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING ON RETURNS?

 

At this time, we don't offer free shipping on returns nor do we provide shipping labels.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

 

Refunds are processed within 7 days from the time the package arrives at our facility. Please allow 7 to 10 days from the time the return is processed for the refund to be reflected in your account. Please be advised there are no returns on custom socks.

 

AM I ABLE TO PROCESS AN EXCHANGE?

 

At this time, we are unable to process exchanges.

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

 

Sales tax will be charged for the following states: California, Washington, Florida and New York.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

 

At this time, we do not ship internationally.
